We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over 99$.

Estimated Shipping Time: 2-14 Business Days

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 3-5 business days during peak periods.

For some orders, you might receive a confirmation email with the USPS/DHL/Fedex tracking number that will not have any updates for a while. We create a tracking code right away, but sometimes we still have to ship your order internationally to our US warehouse.

Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable). It might take up to 30 days to get delivered to some countries due to the differences in the customs clearance process.

Customs Duty & Tax: We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax when it enters the destination country. You are the consignee of the parcel being sent from us and you are the importer of your parcel, thus you should bears full responsibility of the VAT and import duty if applicable. 

• Our Free Shipping offer is available in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.
• Items purchased with a PO (purchase order) do not qualify for Free Shipping.
• Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.
• If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
• Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Heavier items ship via DHL Express, FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery times range from three to seven days, depending upon the distance to the destination.
